This full-scale church remodel transforms an existing office building into a purpose-built worship and community space. Interior works included the creation of a new worship center, three offices, eight classrooms, a main entry lobby, multi-purpose room, commercial kitchen, two multi-accommodation restrooms, and four single restrooms. A new NFPA-13 fire sprinkler system was installed throughout the building to meet current life safety standards. Exterior upgrades included fresh paint and new finish applications over existing cement plaster. Site improvements feature new asphalt paving and stall striping, a three-cell trash enclosure, upgraded fire service infrastructure with a new on-site hydrant, new landscaping on the west side, and parking lot lighting. The result is a modern, functional space designed to support both ministry and community use.
