Seventh Street Village is a six-story affordable housing development set in the heart of downtown Modesto that will comprise 79 one, two and three bedroom apartments with integrated community and commercial space. The project will include two levels of structured parking and four levels of residential units, supported by rooftop solar and inclusive utility services. Located one block from the Modesto Transit Center and future ACE rail station, the development supports the city’s vision for a denser, more walkable urban core.
