2902 Adeline Street is a six-story mixed-use development in South Berkeley, featuring 50 residential units, 4 live-work units, and 1 ground-floor commercial space. Situated on a 14,065-square-foot site, the project consolidates three parcels into one and was delivered without an underground level. Scope included the demolition of existing structures and new construction integrating modern residential living with active commercial frontage. Amenities include rooftop gardens, a landscaped ground-level courtyard, and parking for both vehicles and bicycles. Located one block from BART and across from Berkeley Bowl, the project reflects Rubik Built’s expertise in urban infill construction, delivered in collaboration with project partners and design teams.
