Nic Whetstone
CEO
Nic has successfully led a large portfolio of construction and development projects to their success as both a company owner and consultant. Nic has specific experience in property development, risk management, financial analysis, residential construction, commercial construction, industrial construction and true project management. Nic's experience includes senior management roles for Government entities and Exxon Mobil. Leveraging his global acumen, Nic brings this knowledge with relevance and purpose to local communities in the Central Valley. Nic received an Honors degree in Construction Management and Economics from the University of South Australia.
Tommy Phelen
President
Tommy's experience specializes in new construction, construction management, framing, concrete work, house remodeling and business management. He has been serving the needs of the Central Valley for more than 15 years. Tommy has extensive knowledge for code requirements, material specification and has an extensive database of suppliers and subcontractors.
